As someone who is both personally interested in and advises people on nutrition, it was ironic to start experiencing symptoms of adrenal fatigue while raising a young family. Even worse, as I researched all of the medical and supplement options out there, I realized how hard it was to find useful information for my own needs. This led to the creation of the original post and has started me down the path of summarizing powerful dietary ways of changing our health.
If you are like me and don’t have any idea on where to start when it comes to nutrition and supplements, then Best Nutrient might be for you. In addition to having my own opinions, I am grateful to the many doctors, nurses, nutritionists and other clinicians I work with for reading and contributing to these efforts. It’s not easy to put all of this information together and many would probably say it’s not worth the effort.
